Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY
We maintain a strict cancellation policy.
We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations (any cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment) and NO-SHOWS will be charged the full appointment price.
Spa packages and group reservations require 72-hour notice.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
As a courtesy to our other guests, appointments will be automatically cancelled 10 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy above.
Late arrivals within the 10 minute grace period will end at the regularly scheduled time.
